Upon receiving the refund request, Amenify India Private Limited will review the request and assess its eligibility based on the provided information. If the refund request is approved, the refund or partial refund will be processed within 30 days from the date of approval.

3. Refund Amount

The refund amount will be determined based on the specific circumstances of each case. Any applicable taxes or fees paid by the client will be deducted from the refund amount. Amenify India Private Limited reserves the right to deduct reasonable expenses incurred in delivering the services up to the point of refund eligibility.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items or services may be deemed non-refundable, including but not limited to:

- Customized design plans or solutions created specifically for the client.

- Expenses incurred for materials, labor, or third-party services already utilized in the project.

- Any fees or charges associated with project management and consultation services.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a refund request, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiations, either party may pursue legal remedies as provided by applicable laws and regulations.

6. Policy Updates

Amenify India Private Limited reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the refund policy will be communicated to clients through our website or direct notification.
